The main function of C123 is to allow directors, shareholders and members to attend board of directors’ meeting, annual general meeting, extraordinary general meeting and general purpose meeting on actual, online or both format. Other than the meetings, we have separated the voting functions into Election and Survey so that voters can concentrate more the ballots than the agendas.
